General Questions
Where are you located?
Backwoods Print operates from our 14,000-square-foot production and distribution facility in Huntington, Texas, where every screen-printed order is produced in-house.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We proudly serve businesses, organizations, schools, apparel brands, and military units throughout the United States.

Ordering
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order for custom screen printing is 36 pieces.
For custom cut & sew manufacturing, the minimum order is 300 pieces per style.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush production may be available depending on our production schedule. Contact us as early as possible if you have a deadline.
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment (if applicable).
Larger or specialty projects may require additional production time.
Can I reorder previous designs?
Absolutely. Once your artwork is on file, reordering is quick and easy.
Artwork
What file types do you accept?
Preferred file formats include:
- AI
- EPS
- SVG
- High-resolution PNG
If you're unsure whether your artwork will work, send it to us and we'll review it.
What if I don't have artwork?
No problem.
Our team can help prepare your artwork or create it for you with our graphic designer.
Will I receive a proof?
Yes.
We'll send you an artwork proof for approval before production begins.
Apparel
Do you provide the shirts?
Yes.
We source premium apparel from trusted manufacturers including Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Comfort Colors, Richardson, and many others.
If you're looking for a specific brand, just let us know.
Can I provide my own garments?
In many cases, yes.
Contact us before purchasing garments so we can confirm they're suitable for screen printing.
What brands do you recommend?
We'll recommend the best garment based on your budget, intended use, and desired fit.

Screen Printing
How many colors can you print?
Our equipment allows us to print designs with 1 to 10 colors.
If you're unsure about your design, we'll recommend the best printing method.
Will the print last?
Yes.
We use professional inks and production techniques designed to create durable, retail-ready prints that hold up wash after wash.
Private Label Manufacturing
What is private label manufacturing?
Private label manufacturing allows you to create apparel branded entirely as your own.
Instead of standard manufacturer labels, your garments can feature your own branding, packaging, and finishing touches.

Fulfillment
Do you offer fulfillment?
Yes.
We can fold, bag, label, barcode, and prepare apparel for direct shipping to customers or retail locations.
Can you ship directly to my customers?
Yes.
We offer fulfillment services for apparel brands and businesses.
Custom Hats
Do you make hats?
Yes.
We offer custom embroidered hats, leather-patch hats, woven-patch hats, PVC patches, and overseas-manufactured custom hats.

Do you make challenge coins?
Yes.
We produce custom challenge coins for military units, law enforcement, fire departments, businesses, and organizations.
Payment Policy
What payment is required to start my order?
To keep production on schedule and ensure materials are reserved for your project, we require the following:
Custom Screen Printing & Standard Orders
- 100% payment is required before production begins.
Private Label & Custom Manufacturing
- A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
- The remaining balance is due prior to shipment unless other payment terms have been agreed upon in writing.
Why do you require payment in advance?
Every order is custom-made specifically for you. Once production begins, garments are decorated or manufactured to your specifications and cannot be resold.
Requiring payment before production allows us to:
- Reserve production time
- Order garments and materials
- Keep projects on schedule
- Provide consistent turnaround times
Purchase Orders
For qualified government agencies, schools, municipalities, and approved businesses, purchase orders may be accepted upon prior approval.
Please contact us before placing your order if you require purchase order terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other standard business payment methods. If you have specific billing requirements, let us know during the quoting process.
